Chabot Space and Science Center

Chabot Space and Science Center is a sci-fi lover's playground set high in the Oakland Hills, and a top thing to do with kids. The 86,000-square-foot mega-museum boasts of one of the largest public telescopes in the United States, an exciting space-flight simulator, a 250-seat planetarium, a large-screen, domed Megamax theater, and interactive science and technology exhibits.
